Our Story

Jun-Tonic was started in Amsterdam in 2018 by a couple with love and desire to offer uncompromised, pure, raw and tasty bubbly Jun Kombucha on the European market. After traveling the world and living in different continents we fell in love with Kombucha and in particular with Jun (honey version) for its healing rejuvenating powers and champagne like taste. We tried many delicious Kombucha brews in North America, but unfortunately were not able to find anything that came close in Europe.

To satisfy our addiction to this health beverage we started brewing it, developing recipes using local organic herbs, European flower blossom honey and fresh cold pressed fruits. After agreeing to make Amsterdam our home base, we have decided to share our passion for Jun Kombucha and introduce it to the European market.
